Guidelines for Your Distance Reiki Attunement
Welcome to your distance Reiki attunement session. This is a special time for you to receive the Universal Healing Energy of Reiki from a distance. To help you get the most out of your session, we've put together some guidelines to help you prepare and fully open yourself up to the healing energy.
Before your session, we would like to invite you to upload a photo of yourself to help monitor your progress and have a more enhanced view of the present state and past states of your Chakras. This is Optional and may be done so here.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and be undisturbed for the duration of the session. This could be a bed, a couch, or any other comfortable surface where you can sit or lie down. Dress or cover to comfort and make sure you're not wearing anything constrictive or tight.
Please ensure that your environment is free of distractions and that you won't be interrupted during the session. You may want to turn off your phone or set it to airplane mode to mitigate outside disturbances.
If desired or preferred, you may choose to set the atmosphere in the room by lighting candles, smudging, burning incense, using aromatherapy, arranging crystals, or playing soft, soothing music. These are optional and can be adjusted according to your personal preferences and comfort level. Please note that some individuals may prefer a more low-tech environment for the session, while others may enjoy the additional ambiance that these elements provide.
Once you are all set for your attunement, open yourself up to receiving the Universal Healing Energy, Reiki. Feel free to journal to take note of your thoughts and release them for later. To dance, draw, meditate, yoga, or do whatever feels natural. The most important thing is to open yourself to the healing energy of Reiki.
During the session, it's perfectly fine to fall asleep or simply relax and let the energy flow. Some individuals find that they are most relaxed and receptive when they are in a state of deep relaxation.
After the session, take some time to relax and reflect on your experience. It can be helpful to write down any insights or observations that came up during the session, as this can help you to integrate the energy and insights that came through. Additionally, remember to take care of yourself physically and emotionally after the session. Drink plenty of water, eat fresh plants, and get adequate rest. Be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to process any emotions or sensations that may have come up during the session.
Remember that Reiki is a healing modality that works on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - and that everyone's experience with it is unique. Trust in the process and the healing power of the energy.
