Reiki Lessons

Expectations: We will have celebrations of knowledge after every lesson. The first lesson will require the most notes for your personal reference.

Class Structure: In our first lesson we will cover the basics and be given your first Reiki symbol. In future classes we will begin with our gratitude diary, the lesson, our exercise, and we will finish up with the homework - you are encouraged to stay and begin your homework in class and continue studying the lessons, but you are welcome to work on it at home or elsewhere and be as creative as you wish.
