Reiki With Pat!
I met with Patrick & it was great. We asanas together, then he cleaned the space with essential oils & ceremonial smoke of palo Santo. He had me rearrange a zen garden, & then he performed a deeply shifting reiki sequence on me. I'm incredibly grateful for how he helped me rearrange myself at a core level.
