Preparation
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and be undisturbed for the duration of the session. This can be a bed, a couch, or any other comfortable surface where you can sit or lie down.
Wear comfortable clothes and make sure you're not wearing anything constrictive or tight.
Please ensure that your environment is free of distractions and that you won't be interrupted during the session. You may want to turn off your phone or set it to airplane mode to avoid any disruptions.
If desired or preferred, you may choose to set the atmosphere in the room by lighting candles, burning incense, using aromatherapy, arranging crystals, or playing soft, soothing music. These are optional and can be adjusted according to your personal preferences and comfort level. Please note that some individuals may prefer a more low-tech environment for the session, while others may enjoy the additional ambiance that these elements provide.
It is perfectly fine to fall asleep during the session or to simply relax and let the energy flow. Some individuals find that they are most relaxed and receptive when they are in a state of deep relaxation.
After the session, take some time to relax and reflect on your experience. It can be helpful to write down any insights or observations that came up during the session, as this can help you to integrate the energy and insights that came through.
