Patrick Jay, also known as Metomni, is a Reiki Master with a passion for holistic healing and sustainable living. With a diverse background in Ayurveda, Carpentry, Human Nutrition/Plant-Based Culinary Art, Information Technology, Performance Art, Vedic Science, and being a Veteran, Patrick brings a unique perspective to his work.

As Metomni, Patrick has a vision for the future of holistic healing that involves creating physical spaces that harmonize with nature and support remote and in-person Reiki practices. His vision also includes providing physically nourishing food through the cultivation of plants and mushrooms, as a diet consisting of these constituents requires but 1/15 the amount of arable land.
